Miss Heaven Warren
Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Ballet
Miss Heaven Warren (age 21) has been on staff for 4 years now with The Next Step Dance Studio! She is an accomplished award-winning dancer that has been trained by Miss Becca since she was 12 years old.
She arrived at The Next Step; on it's opening date in 2008. She has excelled in a wide variety of classes and has helped The Next Step Dance Studio win high honors in regional, state and national competitions in Denver Co, Seattle WA and Anaheim CA. The Next Step Dance Studio has given her some of the greatest dance experiences of her life. One of her most memorable experiences has been…The Pulse Dance
Conventions and training with celebrity choreographers from the hit FOX show ”So you think you can dance”.
The moment that made Miss Heaven realize her passion for teaching, was in the year Miss Becca was expecting her son Isaac, back in 2012-2013. Heaven shadowed Miss Becca all year with over 13 classes a week. It was then that she fell in LOVE with teaching and choreography and is so thrilled to be taking on her own large set of classes!
This year Miss Heaven will be teaching Senior Company, Teen Jazz , Advanced Hip Hop, Int. Hip-Hop, Lyrical and Level 1 & 2 Ballet.
Miss Heaven graduated from Wenatchee High School with the class of 2012. Her Boyfriend Shane of 4 years took Heaven up in a gorgeous hot air balloon ride in the fall 2013 and asked she for her hand in marriage! Most recently, they gave birth to a gorgeous little girl Thoryn April of 2015 and they are now planning their October 2015 wedding!

Miss Cassy Bartel
Hip Hop, Contemporary
Miss Cassy (23) started dancing at an early age. ﾠShe has had an incredible talent and drive right from the get go! She thoroughly enjoys staying fit and healthy, as dance, the gym and yoga are all part of her daily routine. ﾠMiss Cassy started dance lessons taking jazz tap and hip-hop.
Miss Cassy has studied dance with Miss Becca since the age of 9. Miss Becca knew right then and there she was a special student.
Cassy graduated From Wenatchee High School in 2009 and has now been on The Next Step Dance Studio staff since the day it opened back in 2008.
Cassy's favorite styles of dance are Hip Hop and Contemporary for their intense strength, form, and diversity.
As a seasoned senior instructor her choreography is extremely unique and full of style. Simply breathtaking, award winning and ALWAYS a crowd favorite!
Miss Cassy really enjoys her job has a dance instructor; It's a rewarding experience and one that teaches her a lot as well! ﾠShe competed in numerous competitions throughout her life and she's attended the PULSE in New York City with The Next Step as a company dancer. Through these experiences, she's been able to study with some of the best choreographers in show business such as Shane Sparks, Tyce Dorio, Wade Robson, Cris Judd just to name a few, she was also featured at the PULSE SHOWCASE in Denver, Colorado in 2010.
Cassy married her husband Jason Bartel in September 2010 and now have two adorable children Ellye (3) and Ryland (2)
Niki Tobin graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a minor in Office Management. She has lived in Wenatchee for over 17 years with her husband, daughter (18), son (16), dog and cat. Her prior work experience includes owning a motorsports business, working for Wenatchee School District, Bellevue School District, and working in the mortgage world. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and going on adventures.
Miss Becca Allen

Miss Becca brings her love and passion for dance as the Owner and Director of The Next Step Dance Studio. Miss Becca has been a performer all her life. She started taking dance lessons at the age of four and never looked back. As a young dancer she trained in the Wenatchee Valley with Carolyn’s School of Dance, Fabulous Feet, Gigi Partridge, Miss Arlene Wagner and The Academy of Dance and Performing Arts where she was also an instructor for 9 years. Miss Becca has had the wonderful experience and opportunity to compete in both regional and national dance competitions for 10 years of her young life.
Miss Becca attended Cashmere Schools and Graduated in 2000.
Miss Becca is also an award-winning vocalist. She trained with Leslie McEwen throughout High School. Her highest vocal achievement landed her a spot in the Women’s Select All Northwest Honor’s Choir 2 years in a row her Junior and Senior Year.
Theater Arts is also a huge passion for Miss Becca. She performed with Leavenworth Summer Musical Theater as a actress and principle dancer from 1994- 2000. She has also been recognized for her work as a theater choreographer for Musical Theater of Wenatchee’s musical JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and received rave reviews for her work on Wenatchee’s All-District Musical CATS and then received a 5th Avenue Tony nomination for THE KING & I.
At age 20 Miss Becca then moved to California to pursue her dancing career at the Edge Performing Arts Center and the Millennium Dance Complex in Hollywood. She trained with famous choreographers seen on TV today, such as Wade Robson, Shane Sparks, Tyce Diorio, Chris Judd, Napoleon and Tabitha and Mia Michaels. Miss Becca’s was also signed with JOHN ROBERT POWERS’s talent agency and was cast in various national commercial and infomercials.
There is no other place in the world Becca would rather be than the Wenatchee Valley. So when she moved home to finish her degree she followed her lifelong dream, of owning her own studio. She opened the doors in September of 2008 when she was 26 years old.
With a lot of hard work and dedication the studio is now in it’s 7th successful year of business! Within these 7 years, she has put on 15 professional productions, she choreographs over 25 dance routines per year and her choreography has been recognized with high honors at both a regional and a national level.
She loves her job and is thankful every day that she's able to provide her students and staff a place to grow and learn the art of dance!
Most recently, Miss Becca was nominated for The Wentachee Valley's 2014 Top 30 under 35 most successful people in business!
Miss Becca married Rick Allen in August of 2011 and they live happily in Wenatchee enjoying life with their 16-month-old son Isaac.
